I have a 2014 Mustang that I'm modifying, Jason has given me some great advice, I was only at the shop for a TB spacer and cold air intake placement, but they will be doing more of my build in the very near future, they have came with with a lot of recommendation from other area shops.

First, Ella, at the front desk, is phenomenal; her attractive character and personality, along with her extensive knowledge of the business are tremendous assets. Automotive technicians are skilled at troubleshooting and performing services to resolve various automotive issues. Oh, please don't be anxious, they [will not replace components] that do not need replacing nor perform any service without notifying the customer concerning cost and acquiring their consent.

I/We have brought our three 2003, 2011, and 2014, vehicles to them several times with very different issues. They investigated and resolved every one of them. Has to be at least 8-10 visits or so. I definitely will continue to have my vehicles serviced by Jason and his team of technicians and Office Manager Ella. Ella is very accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable of many vehicle issues. Much better support team and more fair pricing than Hoover. . . Thank you Low Country Automotive & Performance, you are the best!
